The Trailhead is a 51-acre mixed-use development located on JB Hunt Drive in Rogers, Arkansas - which is centered in the explosive growth area in Northwest Arkansas. The master plan for the mixed-use project contains sites for retail, restaurant, office, and multi-family projects.
Location: The Brookhollow project is located in Rogers, Arkansas on the south side of I-49 west of S. Bellview Road.
Status: The site is currently being graded. Utility plans are under final design. JB Hunt Drive, which will extend through the project, is now under construction and scheduled to be complete this Spring.
